This is a guided hypnotherapy session, designed to help improve your natural ability to fall asleep, and to sleep soundly and deeply at bedtime once you have fallen asleep. This session is suitable for repeated listening.

  6. Thank you Michael! I have had trouble sleeping and found this a week ago. I was pretty wired up one night and thought that there is no way I'll fall asleep in a half an hour. I've listened every night this week and I still have never heard the end of this video in my conscious state. And it must be reaching my subconscious mind because I sleep the whole night thru. Simple amazing.

    To anyone who might doubt – try it. Just listen – let yourself relax…you'll find that his voice really does guide you there. And enjoy a good nights sleep.

  7. i was sleep soon after he started counting down and i dont sleep at all but at last now im up bc my 21 yr old son wants to be loud and play video games live in the middle of the night….he gotta go my insomnia is so serious right now and i dont wanna take prescriptions for it. I honestly went in listening to this like ok imma try it …really works now round two its 3am
